Beveling machine is divided into: automatic beveling machine single head beveling machine, double head beveling machine, three head beveling machine.  

The beveling machine can process the end face of the tee pipe fittings at the same time, or process the two end faces of a certain face separately.  This is the function of the three-head bevel machine.  

The working principle of the beveling machine: the beveling machine is used for grinding and cutting various props, tools and pipe fittings.  The groove cutting part is mainly driven by the motor to rotate the grinding wheel, and the cutting part is manually controlled to move vertically up and down to complete the groove cutting.  

The beveling machine is mainly used for beveling the edge of pipe fittings before welding. It is suitable for deburring and beveling of the metal sheet before welding. The edge of the steel plate is cleaned and cut according to the required Angle to obtain the required chamfering Angle for welding.  Bevel machine is mainly suitable for: steel, cast iron, hard plastics and other non-ferrous metal material processing.  

The beveling machine is also known as chamfering machine. The pipe fittings processed by the beveling machine are mainly used in the pipeline installation engineering and pipeline maintenance of petroleum, chemical, electric power, manufacturing and other industries.  

Note when using the beveling machine:  

1. Before starting the beveling machine, it is necessary to pay attention to check whether there are things near the working area that affect the operation of the machine and clean them up. During the operation, it is necessary to ensure that the hands and other parts of the operator's body should be kept away from the rotation range of the cutter.  

2. Check whether the body of the beveling machine is in good condition, whether the specifications of the beveling machine and the size of the processed pipe fittings are consistent, check whether the outside of the tightening part of the pipe fittings is smooth, whether there are raised burr or whether there are sundry sticks, if so, it should be removed in time.  Also check whether the pipe fittings are gas cutting, whether there are welds on the section, and remove them first.  

3. Check whether the insulation layer at the power supply is damaged, and deal with the insulation problem first.  

4. When equipping the pipe, it should be fixed firmly, and the extended casing should not be used, otherwise it will lead to large deformation of the casing and affect the vertical Angle of the groove surface, and serious situation may lead to the scrap of the machine or pipe fittings.  

5. When the beveling machine stops, the first thing to do is cut off the power switch, unplug the plug, loosen the beveling machine, remove the cutting tool, clean the machine, and put it in reserve.
