Note when using the beveling machine:
1. Before starting the beveling machine, it is necessary to pay attention to check whether there are things near the working area that affect the operation of the machine and clean them up. 2. Check whether the body of the beveling machine is in good condition, whether the specifications of the beveling machine and the size of the processed pipe fittings are consistent, check whether the outside of the tightening part of the pipe fittings is smooth, whether there are raised burr or whether there are sundry sticks, if so, it should be removed in time. Also check whether the pipe fittings are gas cutting, whether there are welds on the section, and remove them first.
3. Check whether the insulation layer at the power supply is damaged, and deal with the insulation problem first.
4. When equipping the pipe, it should be fixed firmly, and the extended casing should not be used, otherwise it will lead to large deformation of the casing and affect the vertical Angle of the groove surface, and serious situation may lead to the scrap of the machine or pipe fittings.
5. When the beveling machine stops, the first thing to do is cut off the power switch, unplug the plug, loosen the beveling machine, remove the cutting tool, clean the machine, and put it in reserve.
