How to use pipe bender: When using pipe bender, first follow the following points to operate.

Refer to the electric oil pump instruction manual.

First screw the working cylinder into the internal thread of the block so that the wheel with the back end of the cylinder mounted on the bracket is downward.

Select the die head according to the outer diameter of the bent pipe, put it on the plunger, put the corresponding slots of the two roller shafts towards the die head, then put the flower plate hole of the corresponding size, then cover the upper flower plate, insert the bent pipe into the groove, then pull the quick joint of the high pressure oil pipe end back and put it on the joint of the working oil cylinder, tighten the oil drain screw on the electric oil pump, and the pipe can be bent. After bending the pipe, loosen the oil drain screw and the plunger will reset automatically.

Matters needing attention when operating pipe bender:

Refer to the electric oil pump instruction manual.

Do not remove the quick connector under load.
