What are the characteristics of stainless steel elbow?
Have very lively chemical properties at high temperature, small thermal conductivity, heat capacity is big, in the stainless steel elbow welding, pipe weld easy to oxidation and air pollution problems, seriously affect the welding quality, therefore, the stainless steel elbow welding pipe must be used when the internal charge gas to solve the oxidation problem of the internal weld.
At present, the domestic steel elbow forming manufacturing commonly used processing methods are: casting method, stamping stamping method, welding method, cold and hot pushing method. Stamping stamping stamping method ---- the method of bending the heated tube billet with the die on the elbow machine. This method was first used in the bending process of tube elbow, and has been widely used in the production of elbow. However, the wall thickness of the elbow produced by this method is uneven and the appearance quality is poor. When processing large elbow, the mold manufacturing cost is higher.
In addition to the production of elbow machine, our company also produces tee machine, medium frequency pipe bending machine, pipe bending machine, elbow machine and other pipe fitting equipment.
Related requirements for elbow machining quality and comprehensive mechanical properties:
1. Bend machine series hot pushing elbow outer arc tensile plastic deformation is larger, the normal temperature, high temperature yield strength and tensile strength increases, plasticity and significantly lower back and toughness, so should make more reasonable production process, strict control of bend hole enlargement ratio, reducing elbow outer arc tensile plastic deformation, in order to obtain the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
2. The inner arc wall thickness of hot pushed elbow made by elbow machine does not increase, and the inner arc is exactly the high stress area of elbow. In order to ensure that the inner arc wall thickness of elbow meets the standard requirements of the product, pipe billet with appropriately thickened wall thickness should be selected for pushing.
3. During the forming process of hot push elbow, not only axial bending deformation but also radial expansion is generated. Therefore, special attention should be paid to check whether cracks, microcracks and intergranular cracks occur on the inner and outer walls of elbow.
