The clamping trolley moves forward and is controlled by the metal detector to detect the end of the pipe and gets stuck, and signals are sent to start the clamping trolley to feed the roller. The position is controlled by the encoder. In the process of moving, the metal detector at the expanding head is set to detect the front end of the pipe, so as to measure the position of the pipe. The tube length is combined with the expanding head to automatically calculate the number of expanding steps. The jaws of the clamp can be turned to avoid damaging the pipe wall. The height of the clamp can be adjusted to compensate for the straightenness deviation of the pipe and optimize the straightening effect of the diameter expander during running.
