Because the diameter of the seamless tube is more and the size of the elbow R is more, so every time the diameter changes, the size of R will change, and the elbow mold must be replaced. It is very troublesome to make many molds and adjust each time.We all know that the pipe bender is required to press out different shapes of pipe, and the requirements of the pipe for different shapes require that the pipe bender has a mold to match all kinds of pipe.
The use method of the shaped clamping die is basically the same as that of the R-shaped clamping die. Because of the changes in its structure, there are differences with the R-shaped clamping die when it is applied. The process methods that need to be paid attention to are as follows:
1. The V-shape size of the guide die and the clamping die should be unified to facilitate observation and adjustment of the die.After the improvement, nearly 20 kinds of molds can be saved in one year, and the adjustment time is reduced, and obvious economic benefits have been obtained.The following is the clip mold diagram, the shape of the guide mold and the clip mold is similar, the length is longer, so it is omitted.
2, with V-shaped clamping die clamping, clamping die and wheel die sometimes have a gap, the size of the gap is related to the size of the pipe diameter, when the pipe diameter is Φ10mm, the gap decreases.With the increase of pipe diameter, the gap gradually increases, but does not affect the clamping and processing.If the pipe is larger than Φ18mm, the V-shaped clamp die, wheel die and guide die should be replaced.Unlike the V-shaped clamping die, such as the use of R-shaped clamping die clamping, the gap between the clamping die and the wheel die is not changed.
3. When bending the soft and thin pipe, the clamping part should be pierced through the mandrel to prevent deformation.
4. The clamping die and the wheel die rotate to bend the pipe at the same time. The clamping force does not need to be too large, so the clamping force of the clamping die should be properly clamped according to the diameter of the pipe and the thickness of the pipe wall.Otherwise, if the force is too large, the pipe will be deformed (because the wheel mould is forced by the surface, and the clamping mould is clamped by two lines).
5. The clamping part should not be too short when bending the pipe, otherwise it is easy to cause the deformation of the pipe, and ensure 20mm.
In order to improve productivity and save product cost, we design and transform the mold structure.Originally each set of mold needs three kinds of parts, now after the improvement of the original R - shaped clip mold, guide mold to V - shaped clip mold, guide mold.In this way, the general Φ10 ~ Φ18mm seamless pipe bending, clamping die and guide die need not be replaced.If the bend R changes, it doesn't matter, just need to replace the wheel mold.
