Preparations for pipe bender
1. Preparation before starting up: check whether the oil level in the oil tank reaches the oil level line, add oil at each lubrication point, start up to confirm the motor steering, check whether the oil pump has abnormal sound, and check whether the hydraulic system has oil leakage after starting up (the Angle encoder is not allowed to refuel);
2, pressure adjustment: use solenoid relief valve to adjust the pressure to ensure that the system pressure reaches the required working pressure, generally not higher than 12.5Mpa.
3, mold adjustment: mold installation, mold and clamping block to the center, clamping block can be adjusted by bolts;The booster block is centered with the mold, and the booster block is adjustable.Center the core head with the mold, loosen the core head holder bolt, adjust the center and tighten the bolt.
4. The hydraulic system pressure of the pipe bender shall not be greater than 14Mpa.
5. When manually adjusting the speed of the side-pushing cylinder, the rotary arm shall rotate to ≥900 for adjustment. The adjustment speed shall be synchronous with the linear speed of the edge of the elbow mold when the rotary arm rotates.
6, general machine after a period of time should check the tightness of the chain, keep the tightness of the upper and lower chains consistent.
7, automatic operation in the core bending mode, before the return of the elbow, the operator must ensure that the core head in the pipe, or to ensure that the core shaft in the return of the elbow does not block the phenomenon, otherwise, the core head or core rod may be bent or broken.
8. After the work, cut off the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and lubrication.
