Before the operation of the pipe expanding machine, it is necessary to check whether the surface of the power line is damaged first, and then proceed to the next procedure after confirming that it is normal.  

Choose the core bar, core head and heater according to the machining pipe diameter and thickness, and install them in order.  

Do not add oil between the pipe and the pipe mold, clear the dirt in the pipe, evenly coated with lead powder in the pipe.  

The parts should be clamped and the steel pipe and heater should be centered concentric.  

Adjust the process parameters and turn on the power in order to run the production.  

Pay attention to check the temperature, speed, size and surface quality of steel pipe during operation.  

After the tube expansion and push system is completed, the machine is in the state of production, turn off the power, clean the machine and the surrounding environment, and do a good job of daily maintenance.
