The steel pipe production line is the first big straight seam double-sided submerged arc welding pipe production line in China. The production line adopts the technology of continuous JCOE forming with spindle rotation, which has the advantages of fast speed, high quality, uniform stress distribution and regular shape of pipe body.  This production line adopts the standard configuration of JCOE, which is characterized by a wide range of product specifications, quick and simple change of specifications, and can realize the production of any size of products within the range.  

The production line is the common equipment for steel pipe production, the first big straight seam double-sided submerged arc welding pipe production line, the production line adopts the mandrel rotating continuous production processing molding technology, fast speed, high quality, forming stress distribution is uniform, the shape of the pipe body is regular.  This production line adopts the standard configuration of JCOE factory, which is characterized by a wide range of product specifications, quick and simple change of specifications, and can realize the production of any size of products within the range.  

Wall thickness: 6.0-25.4mm (1/4"-1") (the material, pipe diameter and equipment capacity are different, the thickness can reach more than 50mm)  

Standards: API, BS, ASTM, JIS, DIN, GB, ISO, DNV  

Material: GB/T9711 L190-L555(API 5L A-X80) (now X100 production)  

JCOE production line has high forming accuracy, fast forming speed and even stress distribution. In the production process, high-speed welding equipment is adopted and equipped with automatic flame cutting machine and steel pipe straightening machine. In the process of steel pipe, automatic flaw detection can be made.  Thus, the quality of the steel pipe in the process of pipe production can be guaranteed.  

The JCOE production line can be fully automated after the completion of production and manufacturing. It can be automatically welded and protected during the production of steel pipes, and the quality of welding is relatively high.  JCOE adopts high frequency straight seam steel pipe and straight seam steel pipe JCOE equipment in straight seam steel pipe production process.
