On the other hand, adjust the inner tube before bending the steel pipe. When bending the first tube, the inner tube must be in a self-locking position, and bending can be carried out after supporting the inner wall of the steel pipe. By taking the above measures, it can ensure that the steel pipe does not appear wrinkles.
In bending, we found that the axial position of the inner tube was not easy to control, so we designed and made a positioning car, and used a pole to connect the inner tube with the car rigidly. When the center line of the inner tube and the upper die overlap, write down the relative position of the car, a bending operation to steel tube to the rear axle to move the machine, together with the inner tube and the car move back length a homework, and then loosen the inner tube expansion mechanism, launch tube motor, make the inner tube, together with the car to move forward, until the car back to the original position calibration. In order to control the verticality of the inner tube, we used the indicating pointer, fixed it on the connecting pole, and marked the position mark at the tube mouth. When the indicating pointer was deflecting, the inner tube was pulled out in time and manually corrected.
