The composition of elbow pushing machine: frame track, main oil cylinder and support plate, movable push plate, elbow clamp device, elbow rocker arm, rocker arm track, rocker arm shaft, elbow combination clamp, intermediate frequency transformer device, intermediate frequency transformer, intermediate frequency power supply, automatic control system, operating table, cooling water back and forth system and so on.  

Elbow pushing machine is suitable for the production of all kinds of diameter of equal diameter steel pipe, especially the large diameter bending steel pipe common non-standard equipment, can continuously produce multi-section curvature radius bending pipe.  The diameter, wall thickness, radius of curvature and other technical indicators of the elbow are proposed by the user, the equipment manufacturer design and manufacture the elbow push machine according to the requirements of the user.  

The bending radius of the elbow pusher must be greater than 2.5D, the diameter of the elbow is 89-1620mm, and the wall thickness is 5-120mm.  The main cylinder stroke of the elbow pushing machine is determined according to the large diameter and bending radius of the elbow, which is provided by the customer.  

The power system of the pipe bender is composed of motor and reducer. There are two working states, fast advance and retreat, and co-advance, respectively driven by ac motor and frequency conversion motor.  

Frequency conversion motor of pipe bender: to provide the power of pipe bender.  

Ac motor of pipe bender: brake and electromagnetic clutch linkage control with AC motor.  

The pipe bending machine is mainly used to push half jin of pipe with the same diameter by using four wheel clamped steel pipe through the induction ring heating, with the rotation of rocker arm, bending the same diameter of the pipe, without mandrel in the core head, no diameter expansion.  

Push small radius elbow small diameter pipe through the mandrel in the horn core through the middle frequency induction coil heating, expanded into a large diameter elbow, that is called elbow machine or push machine.  

The pipe bender has reasonable design, reliable operation, convenient operation and good working performance.
