    Intermediate frequency pipe bender has the following characteristics:  

    This technology can prevent the unsymmetrical appearance of the pipe wall thickness caused by the thinning of the convex edge and the thickening of the concave edge.  

    The small radius (R≈D) and thin wall (t/D≈0.015) 180 elbow with symmetrical wall thickness can be produced by adopting this technology, which is not realized by other bending technology.  

    If the process parameters are planned properly, the process can ensure that the wall thickness of each part of the bending process is always connected and stable, that is, the wall thickness of straight billet before deformation.  

    By adopting this process, the same caliber of 45, 90, 180 and other bending angles can be produced by pushing the uniform horn mandrel once.
