There are three kinds of three-way machine: hot drawing three-way machine, hot pressing three-way machine, cold extrusion three-way machine.  

1. Hot drawing three-way machine, its special characteristics are low cost, but the outlet is not high enough, need to weld another section of steel pipe  

2. Hot pressing tee machine, this process is mainly for the manufacture of tee with larger wall thickness than SCH80 tee.  

3. Cold extrusion three-way machine, is also a common three-way manufacturing method, the current manufacturing range of three-way is 1/2 "(21mm) -24" (630mm), the thickness is SCH10-SCH80, his characteristics are high efficiency, defective rate at the end, fair price, common one-time molding.  

EDW series cold extruding three-way machine is suitable for φ 21-426mm stainless steel and carbon steel three-way fittings.  

Main features: This machine has semi-automatic, automatic two modes of operation.  Electric control system adopts PLC control, which can automatically reduce pressure and exhaust gas.  

Working environment temperature: 0-40℃.  2. Power supply: three-phase four-wire system 50HZ,380V.  3. Voltage: 380V±10%  4. Hydraulic system using medium: YB-N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
