Coil sealing mode of medium frequency pipe bender
Medium frequency pipe bending machine is a kind of equipment used for processing metal pipes, through the medium frequency induction heating and bending operation, can produce a variety of shapes of bending products. Coil sealing is an important part of the medium frequency pipe bender, which can ensure the stability of the heating coil in the working process.
There are a variety of coil sealing methods, the following will describe several of the common ways:
1. Water-cooled seal: This is a common coil seal, by setting a water cooling device around the heating coil, the cooling water flows through the coil to reduce the coil temperature. The water-cooled seal can effectively reduce the temperature of the heating coil, prevent overheating from causing damage to the coil, and can improve the service life of the coil.
2. Oil-cooled seal: Similar to water-cooled seal, oil-cooled seal reduces the coil temperature by setting an oil cooling device around the heating coil to cool the oil flow through the coil. The oil-cooled seal has a better heat dissipation effect than the water-cooled seal because the thermal conductivity of the oil is better. At the same time, the oil-cooled seal can also provide better sealing performance to prevent the cooling water from entering the coil and causing damage.
3. Vacuum seal: In some applications with high heating environment requirements, vacuum seal is often used to protect the heating coil. The vacuum seal protects the life of the coil by creating a vacuum environment around the heating coil that prevents oxidation and contamination. Vacuum sealing requires special equipment and technology to achieve, but it is a very effective way for certain high-precision and demanding heating applications.
4. Gas seal: In some special processes, such as heating treatment under an inert atmosphere, gas seal can be used to protect the heating coil. The gas seal protects the life of the coil by creating a gas environment around the heating coil that prevents oxidation and the production of contaminants. Commonly used gases include nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, etc.
The above are several common methods of coil sealing for medium frequency pipe bender, and each method has its own applicable scenarios and characteristics. When choosing the coil sealing method, it is necessary to consider the heating material, heating temperature, heating time and other factors, and comprehensively consider the actual situation.
