3. Hydraulic oil for equipment: L-HM anti-wear hydraulic oil 32# ~ 100# (46# is recommended).

4. Connect the equipment in the workshop with wires and cables. See the equipment operation manual for specifications.

5. Intermediate frequency induction heating coil and tube expanding mold core can be purchased separately according to production needs.

6. Auxiliary equipment: hydraulic pressure straightening machine, band saw for pipe end incision, steel pipe testing equipment.

The equipment working principle: the raw materials will be prepared steel pipe set in the expansion pipe mould core head, add the medium frequency induction hot line trap at the end of raw material of steel pipe and expanding mold core head, fixed expansion pipe mould core head tie rod end, open the cooling water pump, open the medium frequency power supply, the raw materials are heated to 800 ℃ and the expanding die for steel tube, open the push system machine can start push the expansion pipe.
