The method of using the power system of pipe bender  

The power system of the pipe bender is composed of motor and reducer. There are two working states, fast advance and retreat, and co-advance, respectively driven by ac motor and frequency conversion motor.  

Frequency conversion motor of pipe bender: to provide the power of pipe bender.  

Ac motor of pipe bender: brake and electromagnetic clutch linkage control with AC motor.  

The pipe bending machine is mainly used to push half jin of pipe with the same diameter by using four wheel clamped steel pipe through the induction ring heating, with the rotation of rocker arm, bending the same diameter of the pipe, without mandrel in the core head, no diameter expansion.  

Push small radius elbow small diameter pipe through the mandrel in the horn core through the middle frequency induction coil heating, expanded into a large diameter elbow, that is called elbow machine or push machine.  

The pipe bender has reasonable design, reliable operation, convenient operation and good working performance.  

The use of pipe bending machine:  

Refer to the operation manual of electric oil pump.  

First screw the working cylinder into the inner thread of the square baffle so that the wheel mounted on the bracket at the rear end of the cylinder is downward.  

, choose according to bend the pipe by the outer diameter of the die set in column fortress, two roller groove which corresponds to die, and then in the corresponding size of the plate hole, then the cover plate, the curved pipe inserted into the slot, then quick joint activities of high pressure oil pipe end part of the back and set on the joint of working cylinder, electric oil pump on the oil drain screw tightening, can bend.  After bending, loosen the drain screw and the plunger will reset automatically.
