Intermediate frequency pipe bending machine processing flow
Medium frequency pipe bending machine is a kind of equipment used for processing metal pipes, which mainly bends straight pipe materials into various shapes by medium frequency induction heating and mechanical bending. The processing process of the intermediate frequency pipe bender will be described in detail below.
1. Material preparation:
First of all, it is necessary to prepare the pipe required by the pipe bender. According to the needs of the bending pipe, choose the appropriate material and specifications of the metal pipe, usually used are stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and other materials. The tube is then cut to the appropriate length.
2. Clamp pipe:
Put the cut pipe into the fixture of the medium frequency pipe bending machine, and fix the pipe with the fixture. Make sure the tube is clamped securely to avoid unnecessary movement or sliding during bending.
3. Heat:
Medium frequency pipe bending machine uses medium frequency induction heating to heat the pipe. The tube is placed in an induction coil, and the eddy current generated by the induction current generates instantaneous heat in the tube, which causes it to heat up rapidly. The heating temperature and time of the pipe depend on the nature and thickness of the material.
4. Bend:
When the tube reaches the desired heating temperature, the tube is placed on the bending die. Through the action of mechanical force and bending die, the pipe is bent and deformed. The shape and size of the bending die depends on the desired pipe shape.
5. Cooling:
After bending, the pipe needs to be cooled. It can be cooled naturally or with cold water. During the cooling process, the pipe gradually returns to its shape and properties at room temperature. The length and manner of cooling time also depends on the type and thickness of the material.
6. Inspection and finishing:
After cooling, the bent pipe is inspected to ensure that it meets the design requirements. You can use measuring tools such as calipers and Angle gauges to measure and check whether parameters such as bending Angle and curvature radius meet the requirements. If necessary, it can be trimmed to adjust the bent area to achieve more precise bending requirements.
7. Cleaning and packaging:
Finally, the finished pipe is cleaned to remove any dirt and irritants that may remain. Then, according to the customer's requirements, the bend is packaged to ensure that it is not damaged during transportation and storage.
The above is the processing process of the medium frequency pipe bender, through this series of steps, the accurate bending of the metal pipe can be achieved. Medium frequency pipe bending machine has a wide range of applications in pipe manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, aerospace and other industries, and can meet the demand for pipe bending products in different fields.
